Terms of Service
Effective Date: February 4, 2026
THESE TERMS OF SERVICE (“TERMS”) ARE A LEGALLY BINDING CONTRACT BETWEEN YOU AND AATVAAS GRANGER INTERNATIONALS INC. (“AAGI”, “WE”, “US”, OR “OUR”). THEY GOVERN YOUR ACCESS TO AND USE OF THE MOTORCOACHX SOFTWARE-AS-A-SERVICE PLATFORM, INCLUDING THE WEB APPLICATION, MOBILE APPLICATION, AND ANY RELATED WEBSITES, SERVICES, FEATURES, OR CONTENT (COLLECTIVELY, THE “SERVICE”). BY ACCESSING OR USING THE SERVICE, OR BY CLICKING TO ACCEPT THESE TERMS, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THEM.
If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity (e.g., a bus charter operator), you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these Terms, in which case “You” or “Your” shall refer to such entity.
The Service is intended for business users, specifically bus charter and motorcoach operators in Canada and the United States, and is not for consumers or individuals under 18 years of age.
1. Definitions
- Account: Your registered account for accessing the Service.
- Content (or “Your Data”): Any data, text, files, documents, images, or other materials you upload, store, or process through the Service.
- Service: The MotorcoachX platform, comprising a full-stack web application and companion Flutter-based mobile application.
- Subscription: Your paid plan for accessing the Service.
- User: Any individual authorized by you to access the Service under your Account.
2. Accounts and Security
To use the Service, you must create an Account and provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials.
3. Subscriptions, Fees, and Payment
The Service is provided on a subscription basis. Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance via Stripe. All payments are non-refundable.
4. License Grant and Ownership
Subject to these Terms and payment, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service solely for your internal business purposes.
5. Warranties and Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
6. Governing Law
Governed by Ontario, Canada laws. Disputes resolved via binding arbitration in Toronto.
